●Restore Your Purchases
You can restore your purchases when you changed your iOS devices or re-installed the app from [Restore Purchases] in Settings -> Upgrade. Please note that you need to log in to your iTunes settings in the iOS -> iTunes with the same Apple ID you used before.
●Manage・Cancel・Refund - Subscriptions
You can manage, cancel, or request a refund subscription via AppStore or PlayStore. Your data still remains on your device after your subscriptions are expired.
Please note that your subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. If you cancel your subscriptions, the subscriptions are still available until the expiration date, and they will be canceled automatically when they expire.
We developers cannot control or see the payments system so please handle them from your phone or contact the support of Apple or Google.
