You can manage, cancel, or request a refund subscription via AppStore or PlayStore. Your data still remains on your device after your subscriptions are expired.

Please note that your subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. If you cancel your subscriptions, the subscriptions are still available until the expired date, and it will be canceled automatically when they expire.

We developers cannot control or see the payments system so please handle them from your phone or contact to supports of Apple or Google.

Please try the restore button on the upgrade screen if you cannot enable upgrade after you subscribe on iOS.
